A well-established Microsoft Learning Partner is expanding its training team and has asked us to find an experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer to deliver technical education to enterprise clients across the UK. This is a delivery role for someone who enjoys being in front of a room (physical or virtual), translating complex Microsoft technology into something teams can actually use. You will work across the Microsoft 365 and Azure stack, adapting content to suit very different audiences, from IT teams mid-deployment to professionals working toward certification.
The role
You will deliver official Microsoft courseware alongside bespoke programmes, shaping content to match each client's technical level and goals. You will guide learners through their certification pathways and work closely with consultants so that training maps to what clients are actually rolling out. Most delivery is remote, with occasional client visits in and around London.
What we are looking for
- Active MCT status is essential.
- You will bring strong working knowledge across at least one core area: Microsoft 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365, along with a genuine track record of delivering technical training to professional audiences.
- Clear communication and a real appetite for sharing knowledge matter as much as the technical depth.
What is on offer
Up to £80,000, remote-first working with flexible hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, enhanced pension, a Microsoft certification and training budget, a home office setup allowance, and cycle to work.
