Please note: although this role is being advertised in London, it is actually based in Guernsey and would require relocation to the island. We are assisting a well-established construction contractor with a strong and growing presence across the Channel Islands, delivering a diverse portfolio of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects spanning residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. As demand for their services continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Manager to join their delivery team in Guernsey. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical, electrical and plumbing specialist to take ownership of MEP delivery across a varied project pipeline, working closely with design teams, subcontractors and site management to ensure services are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

- Managing the planning, coordination and delivery of MEP works across live construction projects, from pre-construction through to handover
