Thatcher Associates are working on behalf of a specialist construction client in the Caribbean region seeking an ambitious and hands-on Site Engineer who is looking to take the next step towards a long-term career in Project Management. This is a unique opportunity for an engineer from a strong civil engineering background to join a structured development pathway into senior project leadership while working on prestigious high-end residential developments in the Caribbean.
The company specialises in bespoke luxury developments featuring complex and intricate reinforced concrete structures, architecturally demanding designs, and exceptionally high-quality finishes.
