Thatcher Associates is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a Guernsey live site.
The role requires you to live and work on the island, with relocation support to Jersey available for suitable candidates.
You will oversee all on-site activity, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Strong health & safety knowledge and hands-on leadership are essential.
