Thatcher Associates is seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to lead facade packages on projects in Guernsey. The role requires living and working on the island and close collaboration with a main contractor delivering education, hotel, residential and healthcare schemes.
You will manage design development through to completion, coordinate specialist subcontractors, and ensure programme, quality and safety targets are met, while supporting procurement and VE discussions.
