Construction Site Administrator Leading Main Contractor – Bristol Region Are you an organised professional looking to join a dynamic construction team? We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Administrator to support our operations in the Bristol region. About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Construction Site Administrator to join our established main contracting business. This is a site-based position offering excellent opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth site operations while providing essential support to our design management team through document control responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Site Administration * Provide comprehensive administrative support to site operations * Maintain accurate project records and documentation * Manage site correspondence and communications * Support project and design teams with day-to-day administrative and document control requirements Document Control * Assist the design management team with document control processes * Maintain drawing registers and design documentation * Track and manage design submissions and approvals * Ensure all design documents are current and distributed appropriately * Support the design team with filing, archiving, and retrieval systems Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Design Director, offering excellent exposure to senior management and opportunities for career progression within the design management function.
