We are working with a well-established, independent construction consultancy based in Bermuda that is looking to appoint a Graduate or early-career Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to relocate overseas and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from high-end residential developments to complex commercial schemes.

The Role

The successful candidate will primarily focus on building surveying services while also gaining broader exposure to project delivery within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertaking building surveys, inspections, and condition reports
  • Assisting with defect diagnosis and remedial recommendations
  • Supporting feasibility studies and technical due diligence
  • Contributing to planned maintenance and lifecycle assessments
  • Assisting with contract administration and site monitoring
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Preparing technical reports and attending site meetings

About You

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
  • Ideally working towards, or recently achieved, a professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, CIAT or similar)
  • 0–10 years’ experience within a consultancy or construction environment
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop
  • Open to relocating internationally
