Thatcham Research is seeking an Inbound Enquiries Co-ordinator to manage inbound enquiries and support a responsive customer experience. You will act as the primary contact for all enquiries, and be responsible for logging data in the CRM, triaging enquiries to the appropriate teams, and improving response processes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and administrative experience, with a salary of around £33,500 plus excellent benefits and a hybrid working model with at least two office days per week.
