Ecommerce Account Manager

Ecommerce Account Manager

Full-Time Remote
That Works

We're looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to look after a small portfolio of our Shopify D2C brands and be the person our clients trust to get things done.

This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role. You'll be the main point of contact for your accounts — keeping projects moving, communicating clearly, and making sure every client feels well looked after. You don't need to be a CRO or growth strategist. What matters is that you're a brilliant account manager: organised, proactive, great with people, and confident using Shopify day to day.

You'll work alongside our design, development and media teams to turn client goals into clear, well-managed work — and you'll keep everything running smoothly so nothing slips through the cracks.

What you'll be responsible for

Client relationships & communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for a small portfolio of Shopify D2C brands
  • Build strong, trusting relationships and keep clients informed and confident
  • Run regular check-ins and updates, and respond to client requests promptly
  • Understand each client's goals and make sure the work reflects their priorities

Account & project management

  • Own the day-to-day delivery across your accounts and keep work on track
  • Plan and prioritise tasks, balancing reactive requests with proactive work
  • Write clear briefs for the design and development teams and follow work through to completion
  • Keep projects organised — timelines, statuses, and next steps always up to date
  • Spot and flag issues early, and keep clients and internal teams aligned
  • Use Shopify confidently to support day-to-day store management and client requests
  • Coordinate updates to products, collections, pages, and store content
  • Understand how a Shopify store works well enough to brief changes accurately and answer common client questions
  • Work with the wider team to make sure client stores stay in good shape

What good looks like in this role

  • You're a natural people person — clients enjoy working with you and trust you
  • You're highly organised and nothing falls through the cracks
  • You communicate clearly, calmly, and proactively
  • You're comfortable using Shopify and confident managing store-related tasks
  • You can juggle multiple clients and priorities without losing track
  • You take ownership — you follow things through and keep everyone updated
  • You stay calm under pressure and keep work moving
  • Fully remote, UK-based preferred, European candidates welcome
  • Core hours flexible between 8am–5pm UK time
  • UK employees via PAYE with statutory benefits
  • Annual team trip abroad
  • Occasional UK meetups

Why this role exists

Our clients deserve an account manager who's organised, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. This role exists to make sure every brand in the portfolio feels looked after — with someone who keeps projects moving, communicates clearly, and knows their way around Shopify. It's about delivering a consistently great service, day in and day out.
