We put creativity at the heart of everything we do and have worked with clients including Adobe, Greggs, Unilever, John Lewis, Have I Got News For You, Motorway, Nationwide and Amazon Alexa. Our agency delivers expertise and cultural relevance through social strategy, creative, production, amplification and effectiveness.

Role Overview

Senior Creative – part of the creative team reporting into our new ECD. Creatives at That Lot are the life and soul of our agency, a small but mighty multidisciplinary team delivering big ideas for the most loved brands in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Concepting and developing campaign and owned social ideas.
  • Leading creative on several client accounts.
  • Presenting work clearly and engagingly, especially in pitches.
  • Showing initiative, tenacity and curiosity.
  • Crafting ideas and communicating them effectively.
  • Creator-level abilities that go beyond traditional advertising art direction or design.
  • Developing slick, unforgettable decks.
  • Understanding clients’ brand, marketing strategies and industry.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and promoting That Lot to prospective clients and new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with other teams such as Strategy and Design to develop ideas.
  • Managing, mentoring and assisting more junior members of the creative team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Internet culture obsessed.
  • A native social user with creator-level capabilities beyond traditional advertising art direction or design.
  • Big idea oriented – passionate about creating impactful work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven use of culture to inspire ideas.
  • A history of great conceptual work.
  • Confidence with Powerpoint, Adobe Suite, and other creative tools.
  • Broad creative knowledge to produce visual references and predict trends.
  • Ability to brainstorm and mock ideas up quickly.
  • Team player who cares about the growth and development of the agency.
  • Good sense of humour (Extra Awesome).
