We’re looking for an apprentice content creator to join the That Lot gang. This is a full-time apprenticeship opportunity with a mix of structured learning and practical work. You’ll spend four days a week working with your creative team, and one day a week studying towards a recognised Level 3 Content Creator qualification. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility to combine remote working with in-person collaboration at our London office.

Your responsibilities:

  • Craft captivating content for our campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • React to a trends-led environment, working at the speed of culture to keep our clients on top of the cultural conversation.
  • Ensure every piece reflects our clients’ brand tone of voice and identity, ensuring content is relevant to the audience.
  • Fuel engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn with innovative content.
  • Write copy that brings joy and humour to people’s feeds and engages communities of fans and customers.
  • Bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.

We’re a small but mighty multidisciplinary team -- made up of skilled storytellers, mischief makers and conceptual animals working to bring big ideas to the small screen for some of the most loved brands in the UK.
