We are looking for someone with the passion, curiosity, and capability to coordinate and support the adoption of AI applications across all areas of our business. In this role, you will help us keep pace with AI developments and create competitive advantage by enabling the business to adopt and utilise the most appropriate and up-to-date AI tools.

As AI Lead, you will work across all business activities, both customer-facing and enabling functions. Your primary objective will be to act as the central champion for the structured and coordinated adoption of AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion AI adoption across the group
  • Support colleagues in understanding and applying AI in real-world scenarios
  • Coordinate and maximise the use of AI skills already within the business
  • Enable teams to integrate AI into everyday processes and workflows
  • Help develop a network of AI practitioners across functions
  • Support the creation of AI-powered processes that drive productivity, speed, and quality
