Thanet Health CIC is recruiting a MEAM Coordinator for Thanet (Kent) to drive the MEAM pilot across health, social care, housing and criminal justice with people who have lived experience.
You will lead cross-sector collaboration and co-produce new ways of working to reduce barriers for those facing multiple disadvantage.
You will engage with public and voluntary sectors, gather data to evidence impact, and support governance and training across frontline teams to embed MEAM principles.
