The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 ÂŁ per year.

Your main responsibilities will be to carry out a range of production activities to ensure that operational objectives and standards are achieved in a fully effective and efficient manner. Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring strict conformance to all Health & Safety procedures.
  • Packing quality fresh produce products across a minimum of 2 categories to our Customers’ standards.
  • Adhering to all QA and customer specifications/guidelines whilst carrying out any task.
  • Training and monitoring quality and performance of Operatives working on the line whilst supporting the Line Leader.
  • “Stepping up” to Line Leader Band 1 duties when required after completion of required training.
  • Participating as a member of the packing operations team providing input to continuous improvement.
  • Act in line with the business values and expected behaviours for the role.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in the production environment of a medium to large manufacturing organisation.
  • Understanding of quality focused operations.
  • The ability to cope with the demands of high levels of flexibility and short lead times whilst maintaining conformance to specifications.
  • The ability to read and follow instructions.

You will work 40 hours a week over 5 days. This may include weekend and Bank Holiday working. Shift times are either 06:00-15:00 or 15:00-0:00. Please note: Due to our location and shift times it is recommended you have your own means of transport as public transport links to site are limited.
