Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities will be to pack fresh produce products to our Customers’ standards and specifications with an emphasis on quality, efficiency and performance.
  • Ensuring strict conformance to all Health & Safety procedures.
  • Packing quality fresh produce products to our Customers’ standards and specifications.
  • Adhering to all QA guidelines whilst carrying out any task.
  • Achieving the Key Performance Indicators for any machine and process.
  • Act in line with the business values and expected behaviours for the role.

Key skills & knowledge

  • Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but full training will be given.
  • The ability to cope with the demands of high levels of flexibility and short lead times whilst maintaining standards.
  • The ability to read and follow instructions.
  • A flexible attitude to work and an appetite for personal development.

This role is 37.5 hours a week and you will work 5 days out of 7. This may include weekend and Bank Holiday working. Shifts are either 06:00-14:30 or 15:00-23:30. Please note that public transport to site is limited due to our location and shift times. It is recommended that you have your own means of transport.
