Join us in a pivotal new role as Temporary Accommodation Manager, where you can truly shape this vital area of service. This is an incredible opportunity to join Thanet District Council\’s Tenant and Leaseholder Services in this is a brand new role as a Temporary Accommodation Manager.

We\’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive individual that understands the social housing sector and the demographic in Thanet. Has experience in delivering a temporary accommodation service and has the ability to develop this area of the business, finding innovative ways to deliver the highest quality services.

Do you have the skills and experience we\’re looking for?

We\’re looking for someone with excellent leadership qualities and technical ability so you can ensure the council\’s temporary accommodation property services are compliant with legislation and regulations, putting in place the right policies and procedures. You must have strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to enable you to build effective collaborations with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
