Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Solutions Analyst (Italian Speaking) to support the Business Development and ESG teams. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ESG data services and support to existing and prospective clients, managing client reporting, and coordinating internal projects and documentation. The role offers close exposure to senior leadership and the potential to relocate to Milan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of services and products to existing and prospective clients (e.g., reports, ad-hoc requests, project coordination).
- Liaise across internal departments to ensure seamless 360-degree client support.
- Manage CRM systems and generate both regular and ad-hoc client reports.
- Coordinate methodology documents across teams to ensure up-to-date and consistent ESG information.
- Support the completion of RFPs and ESG-related client data solution requests.
- Create and maintain internal process documentation to support knowledge-sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a client service or operations role, ideally within ESG, consultancy, insurance, or financial services.
- Knowledge of ESG/Sustainability investment data and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and deliver under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
