We are looking for an experienced ERP Change Lead to play a key role in a major transformation programme, supporting the implementation of SAP Ariba across Thames Water.
In this role, you will lead and deliver change management activity across a complex, organisation-wide programme. You will ensure the business is prepared for change, with clear strategies, strong stakeholder engagement and a focus on driving positive adoption.
You will:
- Lead the change management strategy and delivery for SAP Ariba implementation across the organisation
- Drive positive change by embedding a culture of continuous improvement and supporting teams through transformation
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Commercial, Procurement and wider teams to support change adoption
- Develop and deliver robust change, engagement and communication plans aligned to programme milestones
- Identify change impacts and ensure these are clearly understood, managed and communicated
- Lead stakeholder engagement activity, ensuring collaboration across all levels of the organisation
- Monitor adoption, readiness and risks, ensuring successful transition and business outcomes
What you should bring to the role:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about leading change and supporting people through transformation.
Essential:
- Proven experience leading change management for large-scale programmes, ideally with strong SAP Ariba experience
- A recognised change management qualification (such as Proscior CCMP)
- Demonstrable experience leading on change and delivering positive, sustainable change outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience in change impact assessment, training strategies and communication planning
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage delivery partners
Desirable:
- Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP)
- Experience working within ERP transformation programmes
