Group Finance Business Partner ensuring the process and outputs are delivered to time and quality. Responsible for leading the consolidation and delivery of performance reporting and forecast/budgeting discussions with the Retail Director and leadership team.
Financial Leadership
- Leadership accountability for creating an engaging and positive working environment in collaboration with the wider Finance Leadership team, proactively identifying and developing talent.
- Role model collaborative ways of working and innovative problem resolution techniques across retail, digital and group services finance and wider business teams.
What you should bring to the role
- Fully Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
- Substantial experience of financial and business partnering experience.
- Experience with planning systems and technology.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualisations.
- Excellent knowledge of providing financial insight, preparing annual plans, forecasts and knowing what good looks like.
- Very strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Highly effective communication and influencing skills across all levels of operational leadership.
- A proven ability as a finance business partner, with a track record of creating value and driving financial process and insight improvements.
- Collaborative work style which also takes ownership to complete tasks independently.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise own and team members work.
- Strong attention to detail whilst being able to see broader picture.

- Competitive salary of up to £80,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
