Group Finance Business Partner ensuring the process and outputs are delivered to time and quality. Responsible for leading the consolidation and delivery of performance reporting and forecast/budgeting discussions with the Retail Director and leadership team.

Financial Leadership

  • Leadership accountability for creating an engaging and positive working environment in collaboration with the wider Finance Leadership team, proactively identifying and developing talent.
  • Role model collaborative ways of working and innovative problem resolution techniques across retail, digital and group services finance and wider business teams.

What you should bring to the role

  • Fully Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
  • Substantial experience of financial and business partnering experience.
  • Experience with planning systems and technology.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualisations.
  • Excellent knowledge of providing financial insight, preparing annual plans, forecasts and knowing what good looks like.
  • Very strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills across all levels of operational leadership.
  • A proven ability as a finance business partner, with a track record of creating value and driving financial process and insight improvements.
  • Collaborative work style which also takes ownership to complete tasks independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise own and team members work.
  • Strong attention to detail whilst being able to see broader picture.
