Salary: This role will be paid £25,480 up to £27,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Streetworks Coordinator to join our busy team. This role would suit someone who enjoys admin-based work, has a good eye for detail, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You’ll need to be confident working independently while also supporting the wider team and field operatives.
Please note this is a 9 to 12 months secondment contract.
What you’ll be doing as a Streetworks Coordinator:
- Checking jobs and making sure works start permits are sent to the Highway Authority within the required timescales.
- Verifying completed jobs and ensuring works stop permits are issued within 2 hours of completion.
- Managing starts and stops trackers and keeping records up to date.
- Registering reinstatement patches, including size, location, and status.
- Validating information using systems such as Salesforce, SWIMS, GIS, and Google to ensure patch data is accurate before submitting registrations to the Highway Authority.
Base location: Reading, Kemble Court - hybrid with the minimum of 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday).
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
