We are seeking up to six Project Support Technicians to join our team at Ashford Common – Water Treatment Site. You will help deliver clean, reliable water across London by supporting major and minor capital projects throughout the city. In this front‑line position you will provide outstanding customer service, undertake operational tasks, resolve customer issues, and carry out network valve activities with minimal disruption to water supplies. Your work will support the smooth delivery of projects both large and small, making each day varied and rewarding.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate the clean water network to resolve poor asset performance, including high or low pressure, leakage metering queries and loss of supply.
  • Communicate professionally with all stakeholders to ensure efficient completion of projects and maintenance programmes.
  • Provide specialist technical advice to support the first‑time completion of planned works.
  • Attend and contribute to performance meetings to provide updates and highlight risks to delivery.
  • Support the implementation of new technical systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the PS team.
  • Proactively seek to understand asset care plans and asset criticality, and produce scope of work packs upon request.
