- Analysing data to identify new bulk metering areas of interest.
- Improving the leakage benefits of the Bulk Metering Programme by targeting areas with high levels of unaccounted-for water.
- Extracting data from GIS and other systems to provide contractors with accurate survey information.
- Raising new meter installation jobs in a timely manner to support delivery against programme targets.
- Assuring the quality of meter installations, documentation, and leakage detection before handover to Asset Management.
- Monitoring faults, issues, and customer complaints to identify improvement opportunities.
- Interpreting smart and analogue meter data to quantify leakage and prioritise customer-side repairs where leakage rates are highest.
