As an R&M Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of the work which you undertake is completed to the correct safety and quality standards as directed by the R&M Technician.
What you should bring to the role:
- Previous experience/training in a manual handling environment.
- You must be able to meet the physical demands of the role with the ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
- Be competent with IT and be computer literate.
- Use your initiative and problem-solve where repairs are required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical messages in a simple way.
- Have a can-do, positive attitude, remaining open to new ideas and change.
- Be self-motivated and confident in completing tasks to the best of your ability.
- Advantageous if you have a Street works qualification (NRSWA), an EUSR Water Hygiene card, Service Avoidance L2 and/or a First aid qualification, but not essential.
