What you will be doing as Regulatory Manager:
- Drive the development and execution of regulatory strategies across water and wastewater services.
- Act as the key liaison with regulators, fostering transparent and constructive partnerships.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise internal teams on risks and opportunities.
- Lead the delivery of business plans, price reviews, and performance commitments.
- Coordinate responses to regulatory consultations and ensure compliance with licence conditions.
- Embed regulatory thinking into strategic and operational decisions across the business.
- Provide thought leadership on the future of regulation and policy evolution.
What you should bring to the role:
- Proven experience in regulatory, policy, or compliance roles—ideally in utilities, infrastructure, or government.
- A deep understanding of the UK water industry and its regulatory landscape would be highly beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and policy.
