We are looking for a decisive and delivery-driven Identity Platform Owner to take full accountability for secure, seamless access across the organisation. The Identity Platform is accountable for delivering secure, seamless, and intelligent access to all enterprise services. It owns identity as a foundational capability, enabling zero-trust access, frictionless authentication, and dynamic, policy-driven authorisation across the organisation. The platform manages identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access through modern identity platforms, while continuously strengthening security posture through adaptive controls and automation. It ensures the right people - and systems - have the right access at the right time, balancing security, compliance, and user experience.
What you'll be doing as an Identity Platform Owner:
- Own identity lifecycle and access governance.
- Define roadmap for identity services and privileged access.
- Deliver secure authentication and access experiences.
- Manage identity risk, compliance, and controls.
- Work with security and architecture teams on improvements.
Base location: Clearwater Court
Working pattern: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
Contract type: Permanent Hybrid
Essential criteria:
- ITIL Foundation qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in identity or access management platforms
- Understanding of zero-trust principles
- Ability to design governance and access models
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Entra or similar platforms
- Cyber security or identity governance background
