We are looking for a decisive and delivery-driven Hardware Platform Owner to take full accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of user devices. The Hardware Platform is accountable for delivering a modern device experience that supports flexible, hybrid working and enables productivity from day one. It owns the end-to-end lifecycle of user hardware, from strategic standards and supplier management through to provisioning, refresh, and retirement. The platform focuses on experience-led device design, ensuring equipment is reliable, secure, and aligned to user needs and personas. It drives efficiency and sustainability through lifecycle optimisation, asset intelligence, and streamlined fulfilment, ensuring employees are always equipped to perform at their best.
What you'll be doing as a Hardware Platform Owner:
- Own device lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Define hardware standards and strategy.
- Manage suppliers and vendor performance.
- Ensure secure and reliable device experience.
- Drive sustainability and lifecycle optimisation.
Essential criteria:
- ITIL Foundation qualification (or equivalent experience).
