This is a busy and fast paced role where you’ll help keep our field teams organised and supported throughout the day.
What you’ll be doing as a Scheduler:
- Managing the in-day schedule for field technicians and making sure workloads are balanced.
- Reviewing outstanding work and helping to reduce delays or manual intervention.
- Communicating with field teams, managers and planners by phone and email to keep operations running smoothly.
Working hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
What you should bring to the role:
- Previous scheduling, planning or operational support experience.
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in writing.
Salary: This role will be paid from £26,000 up to £29,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
