As a Planner, you’ll play a central role in making sure the right maintenance work happens at the right time. You’ll coordinate activity across multiple sites, lead planning meetings, and work closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything running on track.
What you’ll be doing as a Planner:
- Managing and optimising maintenance plans across a number of above-ground sites, helping teams achieve high completion rates and keep backlogs low.
- Leading regular planning meetings with field teams and managers to review progress, address any challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with schedulers, data teams, and other internal partners to make sure plans are accurate, balanced, and achievable.
- Building positive relationships with field teams and stakeholders so everyone is aligned and focused on shared goals.
- Submitting change requests, reviewing data, and maintaining the integrity of planning information.
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying and helping implement smarter ways of working.
- Ensuring compliance with all planning processes and health & safety standards.
- Using systems such as SAP, Click Schedule, and Power BI to manage and report on planning activities.
Location: Hybrid – Kemble Court, this role may require on-site presence at our Mogden and Iver sites.
Working hours: 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Please note this is a secondment/fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave for approximately 12 months.
