We currently have a great opportunity for a career-minded individual to join our team at Kidlington as the Plant & Depot Coordinator.

What you’ll be doing as the Plant & Depot Coordinator:

  • Ensuring that all plant and signage/barriers are received, secured, delivered and collected in line with customer service levels.
  • Ensuring a robust process in the monitoring, reporting, damage and maintenance of all plant and signage/barriers is in place.
  • Providing real‑time visibility of plant and signage/barrier holdings through SAP or related systems.
  • Ensuring that controls and processes are in place and adhere to audit and governance protocols.
  • Ensuring that the plant is hired and off‑hired through our in‑house team and/or nominated supplier to drive real‑time usage, efficiency and cost control.
  • Managing and coordinating plant damage procedures.
  • Ensuring that all plants are in good working order and that necessary repairs/services are carried out in line with the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and addressed immediately with relevant stakeholders and internal specialists.

Base Location – Kidlington – OX5 1QT. 45 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. 7:30 am – 5 pm.

What you should bring to the role:

  • Experience in a plant hire or operational environment.
  • Be able to legally drive in the UK and have your transport.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing budgets.
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness and understanding.
  • Operating either a counterbalance or telehandler forklift is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
