Over the coming months, we’re looking for passionate people—from both skilled and unskilled backgrounds—to join our Water Networks teams across the Thames Valley region. We’re expanding our Water Networks teams and looking for people who want to help keep water flowing for millions of customers. Leakage reduction is one of our biggest priorities—every litre saved helps protect our environment and ensures a reliable supply for our communities.

Whether you’re skilled or new to the industry, you’ll play a vital role in reducing leakage, improving network performance, and ensuring our assets are safe and reliable. You’ll work with colleagues and partners, use technology and data to solve problems, validate information, and make a real difference every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Detect and repair leaks using advanced tools and technology
  • Monitor network performance and validate data to target leakage effectively
  • Work closely with internal teams
  • Help keep our assets safe, reliable, and performing
  • Reduce disruption for customers and communities
