Join our dedicated team as an Environmental Regulatory Specialist (Air/Waste) , where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our company meets the statutory requirements of environmental permits under the Environmental Permitting Regulations. Your expertise will help safeguard emissions to air, water, and land while shaping a sustainable future. What you will be doing as an Environmental Regulatory Specialist (Air/Waste): Act as the technical subject matter expert on monitoring and reporting requirements for Air and Waste Permits, supporting 25 Sludge Treatment Centres to comply with the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED). Provide expert advice and coordinate efforts to ensure the business meets regulatory monitoring, reporting, and notification requirements on time and accurately. Work closely with operational teams and external partners to facilitate regulatory submissions, including Quarterly, Six-Monthly, and Annual Reporting, and Pollution Inventory. Support permitting projects by developing processes, action trackers, and internal reports to maintain compliance and track progress.
