We are seeking a proactive and organised Data Protection Administrator to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations within our Data Protection function. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support across the department, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
What you will be doing as Data Protection Administrator:
- Manage incoming emails and correspondence, directing queries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and databases in line with company policies.
- Log and maintain data protection trackers (SAR and EIR).
- Extract and combine information for information requests.
- Work closely with the wider team to manage and elevate risks, complaints or data breaches.
- Support the production of data protection-related standards and guidance documents.
- Respond to data protection queries.
What you should bring to the role:
- Previous experience in an administrative role with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
