You will play a key role in turning this vision into reality, supporting the delivery of our Water Resource Management Plan (WRMP) and Strategic Resource Options (SROs) through strong governance, collaboration with partners, and well-managed investment in critical infrastructure.

Oversee quarterly performance review cycles, ensuring outputs are captured, agreed and recorded. Manage delivery of Relationship Management KPIs through six-monthly 360-degree surveys and associated action plans. Provide clear performance insight to senior stakeholders, enabling evidence-based challenge and decision making.
  • Partner Governance & Engagement: Facilitate structured engagement with framework partners through regular catch-ups, quarterly reviews and Supplier Forums. Lead development and implementation of initiatives that strengthen collaboration and recognise supplier excellence, supporting a positive and high-performance partner culture.
  • Conflict of Interest & Regulatory Assurance: Maintain oversight of Conflict of Interest (COI) requirements at individual and organisational levels, ensuring declarations, mitigation plans and COI management plans are in place and effective.
