Based at Crossness - Abbey Wood, you will handle trade effluent applications, raise charges and consent fees, and support customers through calls, letters and enquiries.
You will complete and manage temporary case assessments, prepare legal documentation and monthly internal reports, and work with retailers to ensure excellent customer service.
