We’re looking for a decisive and delivery‑driven Productivity Platform Owner to take full accountability for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of a defined technology platform and its associated services. The Productivity Platform is accountable for enabling a modern, AI‑powered digital workplace that drives workforce effectiveness and organisational productivity. It owns the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of core productivity capabilities, including Microsoft 365 services and a Copilot Centre of Excellence (CoE) to accelerate AI adoption at scale. The platform focuses on embedding intelligent workflows, optimising collaboration patterns, and maximising value from productivity investments through adoption, governance, and continuous improvement. It ensures experiences are secure, intuitive, and designed around how employees work, not just the tools they use.
What you’ll be doing as a Productivity Platform Owner:
- Own Microsoft 365 and Copilot platform services end‑to‑end.
- Define and maintain platform roadmap and strategy.
- Drive adoption of digital workplace tools and workflows.
- Translate business needs into platform capability and design.
- Improve service performance using data, insight, and feedback.
What you should bring to the role:
- Experience managing workplace or productivity platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365.
- Ability to define roadmaps and service models.
Nice‑to‑haves that would make you stand out:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI tools.
- Experience delivering digital adoption programmes.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive salary up to £85,000 per annum.
- 26 days annual leave, increasing with service, plus bank holidays.
- Wide range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits.
We’re committed to being a great, diverse, and inclusive place to work. We welcome applications from everyone and want to ensure you feel supported throughout the recruitment process.
