This is a great entry role into Thames Water and the energy industry. The role will involve developing knowledge about the energy industry, energy markets, pricing & billing. You will be assisting with the management of one of the largest energy portfolios in the UK and have the chance to get involved with improving processes. This full-time role will provide you with an opportunity in a great company and a role that gives you exposure to multiple business units.
What you’ll be doing as an Energy Billing Analyst:
- Understand and learn the capabilities of the energy database and billing tool, and deliver a streamlined bill validation process.
- Follow the query resolution processes using various supplier systems.
- Manage purchase orders and support the team.
