As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will be an ambassador for Thames Water out on the road, where you will ensure that our values are upheld, and you will be driven to provide first-class customer service - you will truly be the face of Thames Water.
You will work as part of the Logistics Delivery team, which operates a fleet of Potable Water Tankers to support both reactive and planned work. You will be joining a team that carries out the essential delivery of water to our customers. Within this team, you will learn how to take water samples before loading and discharging them into hydrants or reservoirs.
This role consists of being able to follow processes and procedures. You will be expected to drive both HGV 1 and HGV 2 vehicles, which have manual and automatic gearboxes, plus various support vehicles such as Welfare vans.
