As a key player in our team, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing our delivery capabilities for the remainder of the AMP7 funding cycle. Working within our framework portfolio on behalf of Thames Water, you’ll oversee a non-infrastructure project valued at up to £30 million. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful on-site delivery of water treatment plant projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects within budget and timeframe.
- Drive a culture of health, safety, environmental, and sustainability compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors.
- Conduct constructability reviews and drive innovation in construction techniques.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing sites in a fast-paced water/wastewater environment, as well as tier 1 contractor experience.

- Desirable: Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) and/or Lifting Appointed Person status are highly desirable.
