Thames View Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective SENCo & Inclusions Lead to join the Senior Leadership Team, starting from January 2027.
The successful candidate will work closely with staff, families and external professionals to identify needs, develop effective provision and secure positive outcomes for pupils with SEND. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop inclusive practice within a supportive and forward-thinking school. You will be passionate about removing barriers to learning and ensuring every child is valued, supported and able to reach their full potential.
This is a part time, permanent role, paid on the STPC Leadership Pay Range L1-L4, dependant on experience.
The working pattern will consist of 19.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE).
