The Thames Valley Window Company is a successful family business established for over 40 years with a turnover of c.£7 million. We specialise in medium to high-end window replacement and glazing projects, both residential and commercial. We also partner continuously with architects, project specialists, contractors and builders.

We are now looking for a Sales Designer to focus on selling our full range of products to new enquiries, existing customers and developing new opportunities to achieve an agreed sales target. Our premium partners include Veka Halo, Evolution, Solarlux, Internorm, Rationel/Velfac, QFort, Air MOD, Pirnar, Bespoke Timber as well as a number of other products to support a full range of offerings.

This role will involve primarily working with our residential customer leads, both in-home and the company showroom. You will be expected to offer design & product solutions that meet expectations and deliver within budget for our clients. You will also work to develop new relationships to build on our existing customer base. At your disposal, you will have an exceptional newly renovated showroom, website, extensive quality product range and a chance to work alongside a number of the most experienced and successful designers in the industry.

Previous success within the window industry is an advantage, but we are mainly looking for someone with a proven sales track record and drive to succeed. You will be hardworking, passionate and ambitious.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of successful Sales experience
  • Good comprehension of MS Office & computer use in general
  • An awareness of AI agent use would be an advantage
  • Strong communication & customer relationship skills
  • An eye for design and the confidence to talk through technical detail with clients
  • Live within commutable distance of Bracknell

We are offering:

  • Competitive Salary – £26–35k base salary depending on experience + OTE £60–80k (uncapped)
  • Self-employed option with uncapped commission available if preferred
