Thames Valley Windows is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing across all channels.

Working closely with the Managing Director, Sales Director and Sales Manager, you’ll generate high-quality leads, strengthen our brand and play a key role in delivering our ambitious growth plans over the next five years.

Salary

£35,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on experience), with flexibility for the right candidate.

Hours

Hybrid Full-time, 40 hours per week –Flexible working arrangement (3 – 4 days in our Bracknell office)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Marketing & Website
  • Manage and continually develop the Thames Valley Windows Word Press website, working with our web development partner to keep content fresh and improve performance.
  • Drive online lead generation through SEO, PPC and email marketing.
  • Create targeted email campaigns and customer mail-outs in Mailchimp, and work with the Sales Manager to maximise our CRM.
  • Content & Social Media
  • Plan and produce photography and video from completed installations – liaising with installation teams and customers to capture a regular flow of WIP and project content.
  • Grow and manage the website’s “Recent Projects” section and organise in-house product photography and video shoots.
  • Write engaging blogs, FAQs and product content.
  • Plan, schedule and publish across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Pinterest, You Tube, Google My Business and Houzz, growing our audience with content on products, projects and company news.
  • Manage our online reputation, monitoring and responding to reviews on Trustpilot and Google.
  • Research, write and submit entries for key industry awards, including the GGP Installer Awards and G-Awards.
  • Brand & Offline Marketing
  • Manage showroom signage and vehicle branding.
  • Develop and maintain our range of online brochures to showcase our evolving product range.
  • Marketing Operations & Events
  • Maintain GDPR compliance across all marketing activity, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations and best practice.
  • Oversee company communication systems, including telephone messaging and office closure announcements.
  • Manage the company’s e Bay Outlet – product listings, pricing and customer enquiries.
  • Organise annual company events, CPD presentations for architects and ad hoc staff events.
  • Run the annual Christmas card campaign and the thank-you gift programme for architects and suppliers, including budget, selection and distribution.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role.
  • Experience managing Word Press websites, with a good understanding of SEO.
  • Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a focus on generating leads and business growth.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience with CRM systems and Google Analytics.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
  • PPC campaign management with Google Ads and Meta advertising.
