Thames Valley School is seeking a dedicated individual to support pupils facing behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement barriers. You will work with the Behaviour Lead to deliver targeted interventions, build trusting relationships, and assist staff with consistent strategies across class, group, and one-to-one settings.
Ideal candidates will have direct work with children/young people, SEND or autism experience, and a good grasp of safeguarding.
