Salary: circa £28,410 per annum, plus 3.5% shift allowance, plus benefits

Part/Full Time: Full Time - All roles are available for flexible working including job sharing and part-time unless there are legitimate operational / business reasons why this cannot be accommodated.

As part of the Case Disposals Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Updating PNC with Court Results
  • Providing disclosure to Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority
  • Liaising with Officers and staff
  • Managing your own case load to complete disclosure within the required target date

You will be required to converse concisely and professionally in both the written form and verbally with internal and external partners. This role is a Hybrid position so flexible working will apply once successful training and integration to the role/team has been achieved.

You will need to have:

  • A good standard of education
  • Recent experience of working in an administrative role within a customer service environment
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to use your own initiative and problem solve within a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence as you may need the capability to travel to different locations across the force

If you are a permanent member of staff applying for this role, please note it will be offered on a secondment basis. Important: All secondments must be supported in writing by your Line Manager and Head of Department/Commander or Deputy. If the secondment is not supported then the role may be offered on a fixed term contract basis, but this has implications including loss of continuous service protections. Please note: Shift allowance, on-call or other job related allowances from the previous role will not be protected unless they are attached to the new role for the duration of the secondment.
