The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Part Time – 14.45 hours per week (must include a Tuesday). Location can be either Reading, Maidenhead, Newbury or Slough to be discussed at interview.

In this interesting role, the successful candidate will be primarily coaching and assessing Temporary Sergeants and Inspectors and police staff equivalent against national standards and qualifications in line with awarding body requirements. The successful candidate will also internally quality assure the assessment process and practice of assessors.

The successful candidate will hold the relevant Assessor qualifications, have experience of middle management including proven second line management of a team, have excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to influence others and manage challenging situations successfully. This candidate will also have experience of delivering learning opportunities to individuals or groups.
