The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Regional Facilities Supervisor to join a small team responsible for reactive and pre-planned maintenance of buildings/offices occupied by Counter Terrorism Policing in the South East. The successful candidate will be able to identify and report building faults, and undertake minor repairs as appropriate. They will also have proven experience of managing contractors and pre-planned building works ensuring all relevant health and safety issues are covered. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities

- Manage contractors and pre-planned building works ensuring all health and safety issues are covered.
- Work flexibly regarding working hours in line with operational demand; may require working away from main base.
- Perform on-call arrangements for immediate response as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Willingness to pass security vetting; pass and maintain vetting level SC together with a number of enhanced security checks; possible DV in future.
- British National and have resided in the UK for the past 10 years (exemptions may apply for overseas or other diplomatic service).
- Be aware there are limitations on travelling to a small number of countries once in post; passing information about security vetting.

Exemptions may apply for overseas or other diplomatic service (with HM Government), and studying abroad.
