Thames Valley Police is recruiting Police Community Support Officers (PCSO) to join the Neighbourhood Policing teams across Buckinghamshire. The role focuses on visible policing, community engagement, and supporting vulnerable people while working toward a Level 4 Diploma in Community Policing Practice.
Initial training includes ten weeks at Sulhamstead, ten weeks of local tutoring, and one year to complete the diploma. A permanent role with career progression opportunities is offered.
