Overview
Part time – 15 hours per week
The Legal Administrator position is a key support role in a small but busy legal department. In this role you will contribute to a comprehensive and flexible administrative support service. You will support the Legal Assistant by performing a range of administrative functions including dealing with the mail, telephone calls, e-mail enquiries, receiving occasional visitors, ordering stationery, and maintaining databases. You will also be required to prepare and photocopy legal bundles, type letters and produce other ad hoc documents in support of our legal teams.

- Good literacy and numeric skills with the ability to produce accurate and precise work

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe
- Able to type (an essential criteria)
Work Pattern
Part-time position; 15 hours per week, e.g. 3 hours a day, mornings, Monday to Friday.
