The leadership training team is committed to positively impacting our people within policing. We are recruiting a permanent Leadership Trainer to develop and deliver leadership and professional development programs, inspiring leaders to reach their full potential. This role involves working at various locations across the Thames Valley area, with the flexibility to work remotely when not conducting training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess recent and relevant experience of managing a wide ranging portfolio including motivating and leading teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong influencing and decision making skills.

A training qualification to a recognised national level (e.g. QCF Level 3) or a leadership and management qualification to a recognised national level (e.g. QCF Level 4) is required.

You must be a competent user of Microsoft 365 applications, IT literate, with a proven standard of report writing skills and English in order to communicate orally and writing with people at all levels of the organisation and externally.

Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential.
