Thames Valley Police is seeking to recruit via the Professional Policing Degree entry route. This two-year, work-based programme starts with 12-14 weeks of initial learning at the training centre in Sulhamstead or Kidlington, then moves to your Local Policing Area for coaching.
Starting salary for all new recruits is £35,361 (includes £3,105 South-East allowance). By year seven, officers can earn well over £55,000 per annum.
