Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Business Partner – Kidlington (Hybrid).
Grade: TVP ICT 4T (Band 4T). Salary: Circa £54,445 per annum, plus benefits. Full‑time role with flexible working options, including part‑time and job sharing where possible.
Secondment Details
FTC/Secondment: 12 months from start date. All roles are offered on a secondment basis; if secondment is not supported, the position may be offered on a fixed‑term contract. Shift allowance, on‑call or other job‑related allowances from the previous role will not be protected unless attached to the new role for the duration of the secondment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship between ICT and key Force stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s business plans and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Partner to identify opportunities, co‑create technology and ICT service solutions, and ensure the delivery of effective ICT systems.
- Validate and justify business ICT needs, conduct feasibility studies, produce high‑level and detailed business models, prepare business cases, and quantify business benefits.
- Assess the implications of change on the Forces and all stakeholders, ensuring that delivered systems meet business requirements and desired benefits.
- Travel across the Force to support assignments, with a full UK driving licence required for safe and flexible travel arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years consecutive UK residency (required for eligibility).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in business analysis, IT service management or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven track record of conducting feasibility studies and preparing business cases.
- Required Police Vetting level as specified by the National Vetting Code of Practice.
